Robust Optimization and Coordination Model for Supply Chain with Big Data Investment under Uncertain Demand

Abstract: With the popularization of Internet technology, big data technology has penetrated into all walks of life, affecting the development of every industry. Big data analysis can help companies gain insight, and data-driven decision-making is becoming increasingly popular in the manufacturing industry. However, in reality, many companies do not have sufficient ability to analyze the complex and large data, but choose to outsource their big data project, which greatly increases the production cost. Therefore, it is of practical significance to consider integrating data companies into the supply chain system. In terms of supply chain decision-making, many researchers devoted themselves to the design of supply chain coordination mechanism, but mainly assume that the product demand is known or follows a well-known distribution, which is unrealistic.
