Studies on Knowledge Source Model and Management of Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Transferring Process

Abstract: How to effectively acquire and transfer knowledge is a very important problem for everybody.Knowledge acquisition and knowledge transferring hve been regarded as a natural behavior but not been studied from a special and systematic perspective.From the author’s pint of view,both the knowledge acquisition and transferring could be managed.The knowledge source model has been put forward in the paper which consists of four methods as experiencing,communicating,reading and reflecting.The specific steps and key points for using each kind of method are developed to improve both the efficiency and effectivieness of the knowledge acquisition and transferring.Based on the knowledge source model,two processes for managing both the knowledge acquisition and transferring have been developed.
