A Preliminary Study of Chinese Enterprise’s Learning Orientation

Abstract: The study of organizational learning orientation can help to understand and develop organizational learning process,so as to improve organizational learning capacity.An empirical study shows that Chinese enterprises learning orientation includes five factors,which are knowledge source,learning effect,learning scope,learning focus,and dissemination mode.There is no extremity on every Chinese enterprise’ learning orientation,but they emphasize the internal knowledge source,incremental learning,and group learning.Chinese enterprises’ learning style can be called continuous improvement or community of practice.
