Abstract: In this article,factor analysis is applied in economic evaluation system in the field of social science After concise description of factor module,we use demonstration analysis to prove it’s effectiveness A set of data of benefit targets from 20 high tech companies in 1998 are used in factor analysis by the means of Statistical Program for Social Sciences Through continuous regulation,we finally select 5 primary factors which can almost take place of original 18 benefit targets On the whole,factor analysis is an effective way to evaluate synthetical benefit of enterprises
