Abstract: In the paper, first, it builds up the dynamic difference equation of macro-total of productand waste material in environment-economy sestem, based on the basic structure of input-output chartof the environment-economy system. And then, it derives the optimal model. Lastly, it obtains theoptimal feedback control sequence solutions of the model.
