Study on Twice-Consuming Goods Based on Revenue Sharing Contract

Abstract: In a two-stage decentralized supply chain of perishable goods with the character of twice-consuming and composed by a telecom-operator and a retailer,the operator and retailer have the same demand distributions.In addition,the retailer adopts price-discount policy and the operator adopts revenue sharing policy.This paper studies how the leader in the game should design the terms of the supply contract to transfer its venture and maximize its expected profit.This paper builds the model to solve this problem and discusses the value of revenue sharing contract in twice-consuming goods by mathematics example.
