Abstract: The metric of process quality is the base of quality control in R&D project.This paper constructs an index system for evaluating the process quality state according to the R&D project quality’s characters,and the technique of support vector machines(SVM) has been applied to evaluate the process quality of R&D project.The method developed in this paper has been practically proved to deal quite with the management of the process quality of R&D project.
