Abstract: Reducing inventory levels of raw materials,work-in-process,and finished items simultaneously in different stages has become the major focus for supply chain management. In recent years, there has been a growing trend in both research work and practical applications of VMI(vendor-managed-inventory)policy for various industries. In this paper,an integrated inventory model is proposed for a single deteriorating item,a single vendor and multiple different buyers and common cycle time in all buyers.A numerical example is provided to illustrate the theory of the problem.
