Customer Oriented Project Management Process

Abstract: Being an important part in project management processes,customer relationship requires more attention paid by the project team.Customer oriented project management process is a way to manage customer relationship in a project effectively.Four problems are discussed in this paper,the importance of customer relationship in a project,the role of customers in a project,major conflicts between project team and customers and how to implement customer relationship management in project management processes.
