Abstract: Knowledge-based enterprises are facing acute competition It’s outside environment and assets structures are all different from traditional enterprise Based on the bionics principle and information processing mechanism of organism cranial nerve,the organism characters and organism topological structure of knowledge-based enterprise are proposed To enhance information processing and quick reaction ability of knowledge-based enterprise,the information coupling mechanism is analyzed These studies can lay a foundation for the further research of management mechanism of knowledge-based enterprises
