Abstract: This paper discusses the importance of IT management in enterprises that face rapid environment changes From a survey of Chinese enterprises,a key factor study is conducted centering around eleven IT management issues Consequently,five classes of key factors for IT management are identified based upon quantitative methods and empirical analysis.
