Multiple Fuzzy Synthetic Judgement Method to the Personnel Assessment

Abstract: The paper, by applying fuzzy theory and fuzzy thought and by joining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, provides a concise and workable personnel assessment method which is more suitable to the fact.
