Abstract: Profit distribution is one of the important issues of construction supply chain. On the background of contracting project market, this paper sets up the profit distribution model between the general contractor and subcontractor based on Revenue-Sharing theory and Stackelberg theory.Their optimal devotion levels for extra incentive bonus and the best appropriate distribution ratio are deduced through solving the model.Considering the capacity difference between the general contractor and subcontractor can influence the prof it distribution,it analyzes the profitfunction variation tendencies of the supply chain, general contract or and subcont ractor and the reasons of which, finally,it illust rates the application of the model with a case, and draws the functional images, which quantitively and intuitively confirm the conclusions proposed in the paper.
