Organizational Learning from Experience: Current Status, Problems and Direction

Abstract: Organizational learning from experience is an important part of organizational learning.Based on literature reviewing, some aspects on organizational learning have been analyzed and summarized in detail, such as the pattern and process of organizational learning from experience, its influencing factors, obstacles, and effects The shortcomings of the current researches, such as lacking of systemic framework, embedded mechanism, case study or directive methods and tools for enterprises have been analyzed.Based on these shortco mings, further studies have been put forward.
