Abstract: A comprehensive quantitative measurements made for the conflict condition of enterprises,combining the Fuzzy Set theory with the AHP method.A mathematical model,which is called two-stage fuzzy layer comprehensive judgement model,is established to measure the inner conflict condition of the national enterprises.
