Research on Interference Management of Community Healthcare Service Personnel Scheduling Considering the Needs of the Elderly

Abstract: The combination of medical care and elderly care is an important elderly care model to alleviate the shortage of community medical care resources in China. Therefore, activating limited medical care and nursing resources is the key to improving the quality of elderly care services. The article is based on the actual medical and nursing needs of elderly people in the community, combined with prospect theory, with the goal of maximizing the prospect value of community medical and nursing institutions, service personnel, and elderly people as the disturbance optimization objective. A scheduling disturbance management model is constructed, and an improved grey wolf optimization algorithm embedded with genetic operators is designed. The effectiveness of the article's model and algorithm is verified through a standard case set. The results show that the improved grey wolf optimization algorithm with embedded genetic operators obtains significantly better non dominated solution sets in terms of distribution, dominance, and convergence indicators than the grey wolf optimization algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm. Compared with rescheduling, the scheduling interference management strategy in the article can provide an effective solution for community medical and elderly care integration services.
