Abstract

Abstract: With the development of e-commerce, customer demand has gradually become a dynamic demand of uncertainty. This makes the static initial distribution scheme more and more difficult to adapt to the time-varying traffic and the dynamic change of demand. At the same time, with the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the government and enterprises began to control and reduce the carbon emissions in the process of vehicle transportation. Therefore, considering the dynamic vehicle routing problem of carbon emissions has gradually become the focus of research.
