按单装配系统中的协同补货问题研究

Abstract

Abstract: Demand correlation among differemt inventory SKU is common in real-life multi-item inventory systems.However,this phenomenon has not received sufficient attention in the existing inventory literature.This paper deals with inventory models with correlated items demands in an assemble-to-order system.The explicit formula for the total cost leads to analytical solutions for the optimal values with independent replenishments and coordinated replenishments policies.Numerical results suggest coordinated replenishments can decrease total costs.
