The Effect of Internet Environment on Market of Digital Content Product

Abstract: The paper has discussed the effect of internet environment on market of digital content product,based on Cournot model.After comparing price,share of market and condition of eliminating piracy product under conventional environment and internet environment,we found that piracy product shares more market in conventional environment for lower marginal cost.but in internet environment,piracy product won't be preponderant again.
