Abstract

Abstract: In this paper,the newsvendor model is revisited,and the mechanism of designing contract to ensure the supply chain coordination is investigated.Based on this,a general model of designing contract is proposed.Then we analyze the framework of designing contract ensuring coordination for the supply chain with sale effort dependent demand.And a contract to ensure coordination for the supply chain with sale effort dependent demand is presented.
