Abstract: This paper focuses on making a Phasic research on direct foreign investment in China by quantitive analysis. The result reveals that the Period from 1979 to 1995 should be divided into three Phases. This paper does not only rnake an elaborate statement, but also makes a rudimentary approach to the future trend of Direct Foreign Investment in China.
