Abstract: This article researched ordering coordinations of the supply chain in which there are many different coststructure retailers and one supplier,and each retailer's whole year demand,ordering cycle,ordering number of each time,as well as each time order quantity and so on,all have been different.This article studied the stackelberg gambling model of the cooperation through the suitable price discount strategy to improve achievement of the supply chain.An example has been analyzed finally.
