Abstract: Some factors affecting the quick response of supply chain are analyzed from industrial cluster environment at first. They mainly include such as cooperation,process integration,information integration and customer demand orientation,etc. Then,based on triangular fuzzy number,a set of indexes for evaluating the quick response of supply chain and a fuzzy multi-index model of evaluation are designed,which provides quantitative analysis for quick response of supply chain.Last an example of this model is given.
