开放性对科学创新和技术创新的影响——以国家重点实验室为例

The Impact of Openness on Scientific Innovation and Technological Innovation:Evidence from National Key Laboratories of China

摘要: 本文以国家重点实验室为例,探讨研究型组织的开放性对科学创新和技术创新的影响,并分别构建负二项分布模型。基于2006-2009年204个国家重点实验室相关数据的实证研究结果表明,开放性对科学创新具有显著影响,其中,与企业的合作、流动人员比例与科学论文产出均呈现正U型关系,而国际合作与科学论文产出呈现倒U型关系;以国际合作和流动人员比例衡量的开放性对技术创新具有显著影响,其中,国际合作与发明专利产出呈现倒U型关系,而流动人员比例与发明专利产出具有线性的负相关关系。

Abstract: Taking National Key Laboratory as an example,this paper investigates the openness of research organizations and its impact on scientific innovation and technological innovation,and develops two negative binomial models.Based on data of 204National Key Laboratories in China during the period 20062009,the empirical results indicate that the openness has significant effect on scientific innovation performance,and both the linkages with enterprises and the proportion of non-permanent researchers have a Ushape relationship with scientific publication performance,while the international cooperation has an inverted U-shape with scientific publication performances.The openness measured by international cooperation and proportion of non-permanent researchers has significant effect on technological innovation performance,and international cooperation has an inverted U-shape with patent performances,while the proportion of non-permanent researchers has a negative relationship with patent performance.
