Abstract: This paper provides a methodology.Firstly,it gauges the competitive priorites by using fifteen attributes and determines the weights of the attributes by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Secondly,it estimates the magnitudes of contributions made by each IT application to the attributes based on literature researches.Finally,it determines the performance level of each IT application based on a survey carried out in the enterprise considered and gives the grade of the evaluation.
