Abstract: Incubator is an assistant organization for the innovation of a new enterprise which seeks its maximum ability.To analyse the essential responsibility of incubator from core resource and demand property,we discuss its performance.Different enterprises lie emphasis on different aspects,depending on the dominant resource of the matrix.
