Abstract: In this papers,a search have finished structure concept structure of sustainabledevelopment, we suggest the structure includes: 1. resource sustainable utilization, 2. environment sustainable integrity, 3. economc sustainable growing,and 4. social sustainable equality. On this structure, we try to form a theory system, it includes: physical theory of SD, economic theory of SD and ethic theory of SD,and geographical theory of SD. From the syetems theory, we have discussed the principle of policy system and index sytem of sustainable development.
