Evaluation and Comparative Analysis on Regional Technology Innovation Capability Based on Consistency Combination Evaluation

Abstract

Abstract: We carry out overall evaluation and sub-item evaluation to 31 regions in China,covering a time period of 2005-2007,by using regional technology innovation capability evaluation indicator system and combination evaluation method based out consistency to get objective and scientific evaluation conclusions.We carry on comparative analysis in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of each region.
