摘要/Abstract

摘要： 制造型企业的敏捷性归根到底在于其所提供产品的应变力。本文在明确产品应变力的内涵及影响制造型企业产品应变力因素的基础上,提出了制造型企业产品应变力评价的TCRP模型、建立了评价指标体系并给出了评价的方法,以寻求提高产品应变力和企业敏捷性的正确途径。

关键词: 企业敏捷性, 应变力, TCRS模型, 评价, 客户化大生产

Abstract: The agile of the manufacture depends largely on the mobility of the product provided.In this paper,we put forward the TCRP model of the evaluation for the mobility of the product of manufacturing enterprise,the index system and the computing method of the evaluation to find a correct way of improving the mobility of the product and the agile of the enterprise,which are based on the definition of the connotation of the mobility of the product and the influence factors of the manufacture.
