摘要： 本文在对BPR理论分析研究的基础上,对烟草企业运营体系的业务流程重组进行了探索,并以宁波卷烟厂BPR的实施作为案例分析。

Abstract: This poper looks into the BPR practices of national tobacco enterprises based on the study of the BPR theory,and analyses the case of Ningbo Cigarettes Factory.
