摘要： 本文的主要目的在于:(a)通过具体例子说明(1)的存在性定理是错误的。(b)建立一个具体的标准,判明(1)和(2)的定义均是不合理的。(c)建立反映少数服从多数原则的解的概念,并给出相应的存在性定理。

Abstract: This thesis mainly aims at: a) To illustrate that the existence theorem of (1) is wrong through the concrete examples. b) To establish a Particular standarel to judge that the definitions of both [1] and [2] are unreasonable. c) To establish the idea on the solution of the minorities obey the majorit ties, and supplying the relevant existCnce theorem.
