摘要:
本文从地区、行业和企业层面对数字经济测度的研究现状进行全面综述,并在此基础上提出一种基于多区域投入产出表构建地区产业数字化投入指数的方法,进一步通过构建区域间数字经济要素关联矩阵分析地区数字经济要素汇聚和溢出效应。研究发现,各地区的产业数字化投入在样本期内普遍增长,但东部发达地区与内陆和欠发达地区之间存在较大差异,后者产业数字化投入水平较低但增长迅猛,显示出较大的数字化转型潜力,有望缩小与东部地区的差距;数字化投入指数呈第三产业>第二产业>第一产业的普遍现象,信息依赖度高的行业表现突出,而传统制造业、资源型行业及部分服务业数字化投入水平则相对较低;东部沿海地区尤其是广东和江苏在数字经济网络中扮演核心角色,显示出强大的经济溢出和汇聚能力,而中西部地区则表现为较强的汇聚能力。本文研究为新质生产力的测度提供理论借鉴和方法支持,同时,有助于政策制定者更准确地把握数字经济的发展态势,并据此制定相应的政策以缩减区域间数字鸿沟。
