Abstract: According to some investigations,many TNC have their own methods in assessing FDI projects.But,in general,these methods are incomplete and sometimes have conflicts in different steps.So,on the base of particular principle,this dissertation tries to establish a financial analysis system of foreign direct investment(FASFDI)with consistency and operability.And,it will be my honor if the dissertation can provide any conference to Chinese enterprises developing their FDI.
