摘要： 高新技术R&D项目中,信息管理的方法和水平日益成为项目成功与否的关键,而传统的项目沟通管理没有体现信息技术产生的深刻影响,也缺乏对信息管理方法的研究。本文通过对典型事例的研究,提出了项目信息优化管理的概念和实现信息优化管理的5项关键实践。

Abstract: According to the hi tech R&D project,the method and level of information management have become the key point of the project success increasingly;while traditional project communications management does not express profound influence brought by information technology,lacking in research of management method By studying some representative instances,this paper has put forward the concept of information optimal management and five key practices to realize information optimal management
