一类产品质量成本优化问题的研究

摘要: 在生产实际中,工艺指标往往难以精确控制在某一具体数值上,据此提出了针对质量控制范围决策的质量成本优化问题。以电石产品质量成本优化为应用背景,定义了基于边际分析思想的质量成本函数,建立了基于质量指标控制范围决策的非线性规划形式的质量成本优化模型,给出了模型的求解思路,并通过实际数据进行验证,该方法比传统质量管理策略具有较大程度的改进。

Abstract: In the real production,process indices are often difficult to be controlled at some certain values, based on which the problem of optimization for quality cost control is put forward to the decision-making for quality control scope.For example,a quality cost function is defined based on marginal analysis for the applications of optimization for quality cost control of calcium carbide products.Thus the optimization for their quality cost is modeled with the nonlinear programming method founded on the decision-making for quality control scope.The solution of the proposed model is deduced and verified by effective data further, which indicates that the proposed method is better improved than ever.
