摘要:
新兴信息技术的持续涌现,推动了供应链与平台经济深度融合,使得供应链管理迈入新阶段——平台供应链阶段。尽管近年来学者们围绕平台供应链进行了广泛研究,但目前尚缺乏对这一领域的系统性文献综述。因此,本研究采用描述性统计与内容分析相结合的方法,对近十年来平台供应链管理领域的相关研究进行综述。基于“why-what-how”的逻辑,梳理和总结了平台供应链管理面临的新挑战,包括协同与整合的复杂性、技术与数据的双重困境、生态化设计与创新的压力、治理困境与规范难题。在此基础上,从新环境、新技术、新生态和新治理四个方面,提出平台供应链管理未来的新机遇,分别是复杂环境背景下的平台供应链协同运作、考虑技术赋能的平台供应链运营决策、生态化背景下平台供应链运作模式创新、多主体参与的平台供应链治理。本研究能为学术界提供理论创新和研究深化的新视角,为企业和组织应对实际问题提供参考依据和实践指导。
