Abstract: On foundation of the alternating characteristic of knowledge domains and the impaction on efficiency of knowledge diffusion produced by it in information systems integration project,knowledge alternation model is built up.Connecting this model with dependency among knowledge domains,alternative shape could be got with influence given by other knowledge's change on diffusion route,and optimization strategy for schedule of knowledge diffusion route is put forward to help enterprise in recognizing alternating characteristic of knowledge domains and setting resource according to diffusion route schedule in information systems integration project.A dditionally,application case for this is introduced.
