摘要:
制造业是驱动经济高质量发展的重要动力,制造链是制造业的主要传统运营模式。数字技术驱动下的平台商业模式在网络效应、价值获取等方面具有巨大优势。但制造链与平台两种单一结构都存在一定的模式不足与发展壁垒,两者的融合为制造业的平台化转型提供了崭新的发展机遇。本文基于商业实践以及研究成果梳理,提出“制造链+平台”双模式概念及理论框架。首先,结合华为、小米、苹果等企业案例,提出“制造链+平台”双模式的定义、分类及其特征,并辨析“制造链+平台”双模式与其他相关概念的区别;其次,从静态结构、动态结构、交互结构三方面对“制造链+平台”双模式结构进行界定,详细介绍其中各成员角色及其相互关系,分析“制造链+平台”双模式的结构特征;再次,本文从系统结构、动态演化、成员关系三个维度对与“制造链+平台”双模式相关的学术研究进行总结与梳理;最后,基于现有的研究成果总结,提出未来研究展望。
