摘要:
为响应国家发展完善数据要素市场化配置的政策方针,本文从数据交易平台的视角出发,阐述了一种创新的数据要素市场配置模式,并设计相关交易机制。首先,从数据产品及其特性、数据交易系统及其组成部分,以及数据交易中的风险等方面分析了数据产品交易系统的独特内涵。通过回顾与数据交易系统相关的现有研究,梳理其贡献与不足之处,提炼出基于数据交易平台的数据交易系统配置模式研究中亟需解决的科学问题:(1)数据产品供应链构建及价格影响因素识别研究;(2)面向不同类型数据产品设计的价格形成机制研究;(3)数据产品交易系统的收益分配机制与激励机制设计;(4)面向数据产品全链条的质量与安全监管体系设计。最后,针对上述科学问题,本文尝试提出了可能的研究思路,为未来研究提供一定参考和方向。
