摘要:
为应对全球资源紧缺和环境污染带来的双重挑战,循环供应链管理已经成为各国政府倡导和企业实施的重要实践。根据已有文献和企业实践,本文提出循环供应链管理研究的分析框架。基于该框架,本文使用文献计量分析的方法,收集来自12种运营管理领域权威期刊的898篇英文文献的数据,对所选文献的关键词进行词频分析、共现分析和聚类分析。基于分析结果,本文总结梳理出循环供应链管理研究的发展历程,即:从内部运营到供应链协同,“从逆向物流、闭环供应链到循环供应链,以及新研究主题(数字技术应用、供应链韧性、中国实践)的涌现。最后,本文提出四个未来可能的重点研究方向,即:报废产品开环回收、循环供应链网络协同和生态系统、数字技术在循环供应链管理中的应用和循环供应链韧性。以期能为其他研究者提供参考,并给实践发展带来启示。
