摘要/Abstract

摘要： 利用神经网络的非线性处理能力,结合房屋租赁市场的特性,首次给出了基于BP神经网络的城市房屋租赁估价系统模型,并进行详细的系统分析和设计。所给设计方法对类似的非线性经济系统的走势研判或其相应预测决策具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract: This paper discusses the model of real estate rent appraisal using the BP neural network method,and provides the detailed analysis design for the system.With respect to modeling and forecasting or relative decision of some other nonlinear economic system,the method is available.
