Abstract: In this paper,we discrsses the concept and content of the self-discipline theory about production organization of enterprises,and consider that self-discipline consists of self-control, self-adjustment and self-regulation. We furthorly studies the assessment system of the self-discipline level of production organization,and proposes the self-discipline phinciples on prduction organization of enterprises.
