Abstract

Abstract: The non-parametric productivity index is used to measure the transition degree of China’s industrial growth patterns quantitatively.The regional industrial statistics is used to measure the shift of productivity by decomposing it into the change of the resource allocation efficiency and the change of technology.This paper also analyzes the meaning of productivity growth and the criteria of the shift of economic growth.
