Abstract

Abstract: In 1986,Dr.Goldratt brought forward Theory of Constraint(TOC),which emphasizes the systemic thinking in Project Management.The application of TOC in PM is intituled as CCPM and it focuses on the Critical Chain(C.C.)of the project and controls the process of the project by buffes.This paper presents a algorithm for CCPM in the Single-Resource Constrained environment using the idea of TOC,and puts TOC further into PM successfully.
