Research on Evaluation of Remote Sensing Satellite Equipment Capability Based on Fuzzy Influence Diagram

Abstract: While promoting the vigorous development of space-based applications, China's satellite industry has also brought challenges to the value of research and development and the speed of production development. It is of great significance to carry out comprehensive capability evaluation of satellite equipment, and the evaluation process needs to fully consider the diversity and interdependence of influencing factors. Aiming at the evaluation of remote sensing satellite equipment capability, this paper selects 24 influencing factors related to equipment capability, including mission planning, navigation and positioning, military operations and so on, and constructs the corresponding index system. The fuzzy influence diagram method is used to complete the establishment of fuzzy relations between numerical layers and nodes, so as to realize the effective evaluation of remote sensing satellite equipment capability. Taking the impact of a new type of equipment on the satellite system equipment capability as an example, the evaluation verification analysis is carried out, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. The results show that this evaluation method can make an effective evaluation of the satellite equipment capability, better reflect the influence of the equipment capability by factors, and the data structure is more convenient to calculate, which can provide decision support for the equipment research and development of remote sensing satellite industry.
